Marilynne Black was an elementary teacher librarian for 25 years and has a Master of Arts in Children's Literature. In this hands-on workshop regarding the importance of early literacy, providers will explore picture books, focusing on books appropriate to young children. Providers will also examine what a quality picture book is.
